Contacts & broadcast lists

Contacts are the people you reach; broadcast lists are how you group them. Together they are the audience layer behind campaigns, sequences, and forms — with consent and suppression handled for you.

Contacts

A contact is an email address plus a name and tags. Each contact carries its consent state: when it was confirmed, whether it has unsubscribed, and a per-contact unsubscribe token. Limits scale by plan — 100 on Free, 10,000 on Pro, unlimited on Business.

Broadcast lists

A broadcast list is a named group of contacts. Campaigns and sequences target lists, not raw addresses, and recipients are deduplicated at send — a contact on two targeted lists still gets exactly one copy. A form can feed new submitters straight into a list.

Public sign-ups create a pending contact and trigger a confirmation email. The contact is only mailable once it confirms. This double opt-in keeps your lists clean and your domain reputation intact.

Suppression & unsubscribe

Every marketing email carries an RFC 8058 one-click List-Unsubscribe header. Unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints add the address to a workspace suppression list, and every send checks it first — confirmed, not unsubscribed, not suppressed. Compliance is enforced at send time, not left to you.

One audience, three tools: the same lists power one-off campaigns, automated sequences, and form capture — so consent state is consistent everywhere.
