Forms

A public form hosted by the API, with optional captcha, that records the submission and can create the contact and subscribe it to a list.

Create

Define the fields, the thank-you text and, optionally, a target broadcast list: every submission becomes a contact and joins the list on its own. Limits: 1 form on Solo, 3 on Pro, 10 on Team, 100 on Business.

  • 10 submissions per minute per IP; the IP is stored as a hash.
  • Optional captcha: Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha, verified server-side.
  • The "Embed" button on the form screen gives ready-to-paste HTML.

A submission does not notify anyone by itself. To be told, put a query monitor over the submissions table — the product does exactly that.
