Status pages and SLOs

A public page tied to your monitors, with incidents, e-mail subscription, a custom domain and availability targets.

The page

Each component on the page points at a monitor; its state and 90-day availability come from there. Incidents are opened by you, with severity and updates, and stay visible for seven days after resolution. Visitors can subscribe by e-mail and receive changes.

  1. 01The page lives at `api.datarunner.app/api/v1/public/status/<slug>` — HTML for a browser, JSON for a client sending `Accept: application/json`.
  2. 02Custom domain: point a CNAME (`status.yourcompany.com`) at the API host and enter the hostname in the page settings. Only the page answers on that host; any other path is 404.
  3. 03TLS for your hostname is enabled on our side once the CNAME exists — write to projeto@datarunner.app with the name.

SLO

An availability target per monitor — 99.9% over a 7-, 30- or 90-day window. The Insights screen shows the remaining error budget and how fast it is being burned; on-call can be routed by budget burn instead of by each isolated failure.
