Solo (free), Pro ($19/month or $190/year), Team ($49/month or $490/year) and Business (priced on request, invoiced) — yearly is one payment for ten months, two free. Billed through Stripe by card, in US dollars — or in Brazilian reais (R$ 79/790 and R$ 197/1,970) when you are in Brazil, since cards issued there must pay in reais; the currency follows your country, nothing to pick. Changing plan or cadence happens in the Stripe portal, from Settings → Billing; the change applies immediately and is prorated. For Business, talk to us and we set the subscription up for you.
Declined card: the workspace runs on Solo limits until Stripe manages to charge (it retries for a few days). The owner gets an e-mail and the console shows a bar with a link to update the card. Nothing is deleted.
Account and workspace
- Confirming your e-mail (six-digit code at signup) unlocks sending campaigns and sequences and opening more workspaces. Unconfirmed, the rest of the product works.
- Changing your e-mail: Settings → Profile, with your current password; the code goes to the new address and the old one gets a notice.
- More than one workspace: "New workspace…" in the workspace menu. Each has its own connections, members and plan; an account can own up to ten.
- Owner: the one who can delete the workspace and hand it over (Settings → Workspace → Ownership, to a member with a confirmed e-mail). The previous owner stays an admin.
- Passkeys and sign-in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub under Settings → Security; social sign-in only enters an account that already exists with the same e-mail.
